We ship worldwide

Shipping and Delivery information:

  • Please allow up to 5 working days within Ireland and mainland UK
  • Up to 10 working days for delivery throughout Europe.
  • Up 14 working days to all other destinations.
  • If deliveries are urgent, please email to make alternative arrangements.
  • All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs:

  • Delivery anywhere in Ireland to include Northern Ireland:  €6.00
  • UK mainland:  €8.00
  • Rest of Europe: €12.00
  • USA & Canada:  €25
  • Australia, Asia, India, Japan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Qatar, United Arab Emirates:  €50

All goods remain the property of UNEEK until paid for in full.


All breakages must be reported immediately on of receipt of goods. If goods are received by courier damaged, we would ask you not to accept said goods and report immediately. If you accept these goods, we also need immediate notification. No claims are accepted 24 hours after recept of goods.

Returns for goods bought online

Uneek Home Accessories can only accept returns from online sales if all goods are retuned, fit for resale in all its original, unopened packaging. Note delivery charges are non-refundable. All returns must be made within 14 working days from the sale. A proof of purchase (order number) is required. You will be required to organise and pay for the return of all items to us.

Faulty Goods

If there is a fault with your product, please return it to us for investigation at the above address. Proof of purchase is required. Please retain proof of postage so that we can refund you. If the product is deemed faulty, to be decided in the sole discretion of the Company, we will replace the product for you, or if you prefer will refund you the cost of the product plus standard shipping cost, but not the price of any other delivery option chosen by you.


If the items you receive do not match what you ordered, or something has been delivered to you that you did not order, please notify us immediately by contacting Customer Services within 14 days of receipt so that we may check your order. We will then arrange to collect any incorrect items from you and/or organise for any previously missing or replacement items to be sent to you free of charge.


If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence via email or post within 14 days of receipt. If on receipt we conclude that the damage was caused in transit, we will replace the item for you.


If you are returning an item to us, please ensure that you include the Dispatch Note in your parcel, pack the items in their original packaging where possible, and write your order number on the address label of your package.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Not home when we call?

That’s ok, our courier will leave an advice slip and you can collect it yourself from your local depot. Please note all goods must be collected from your depot within 5 working days or they will be returned to sender, note this cost is non-refundable.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email with a unique tracking number once your items have been dispatched. Use this number to follow the delivery status of your order by clicking the tracking link in the email.
